MR. QURBAN ALI SHAH
CHAIRMAN
Mr. Qurban Ali Shah is Chairman of Marvi Rural Development Organization, he is Development/Humanitarian professional with Master’s degree in Science from the University of Sindh Jamshoro and Certification in Global Change and Resilience & Natural Capital Biodiversity from United Nations University, Tokyo Japan. Besides, attended various local and foreign short training courses. He has associated with non-profit sector since last 24 years and engaged with various national and international civil society organizations in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Thailand. A part from my professional experience he has worked for more than 12 years in the field of Disaster Risk Management, Climate Change and Humanitarian response.

Mr. Zafar Iqbal Junejo is Chief Executive Officer of Transformation and Reflection for Rural Development (TRD), he had worked with national and international NGOs TRDP, DevCon, Sindh Graduates Association, NGO Resource Center, NRSP, SPO, Oxfam, Mr. Junejo acquired MSc in Rural Development, Sindh Development Studies Center, University of Sindh, Jamshoro.

Mr. Suleman G. Abro is the Founder and President of Sindh Agriculture and Forestry Workers Cooperative Organization (SAFWCO) one of the leading NGO in Sindh Pakistan since 1986. Mr. Abro has acquired Masters Degree in Sociology and Sindhi Literature and Bachelor’s Degree in Law. He possesses over twenty nine years of experience as development professional. His expertise includes community institutional development, strategic positioning of development issues, gender and development, social audit and cost effectiveness of development interventions. Mr. Abro is also post graduate in Gender Policy and Planning from University College, London. He visited Thailand, China, Canada, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India, United States of America, United Kingdom. Malaysia, Indonesia, Holland, Vietnam, France (Paris), Spain and Switzerland and present Pakistan development scenario at different forums and raised civil society voice.
MR.SOLOMON KHURAM

Mr. Solomon Khuram currently associated with Pak Mission Society (PMS) as Program Coordinator, the organization is working for Multiple Development Sector for communities living in Sindh & KPK. He has good knowledge and expertise in writing concept notes, proposals, logical frameworks and budgeting. Have developed a number of successful proposals for donors in both, community development and emergency related work.
MRS. SHAMSHAD NAZ

Mrs. Shamshad Naz is community activist, currently she is operating a Primary School in rural areas of district Khairpur Mir’s with community contribution and own efforts. She is the focal person of the village and played a vital role for women empowerment and introducing livelihood opportunities, she made possible support for the villagers in context of health facilities, girls’ education and skill development for women. Academically she acquired Masters in Sociology.

Mrs. Nazeeran is Member, Board of Directors’, she is educational specialist and focused to enroll the out of school children in rural areas. She was associated with the Sindh Education Foundation and had worked with several NGOs on education projects, she organized many trainings for teachers. Academically she acquired Masters in Education- M.Ed.
